Cherry and Karen are awesome! They handled my little case like it was a high dollar case. Kept me informed. They made me feel special! Always answered emails, and always returned phone calls. I highly recommend these ladies! I feel blessed to have had Cherry represent me. I also had the opportunity to meet Daryl Issacs. This firm is one of the most compassionate bunch of folks! My husband was severely injured in a vehicle collision. The insurance company for the driver at fault denied coverage. Nicholas Alexiou represented us. He reviewed our case diligently. He responded to emails, texts and phone calls timely. He was professional, straightforward and honest. he listened and explained every step/option and made sure we understood. He was kind, respectful, and kept his word. He accomplished a favorable settlement in a short amount of time. He demonstrated intelligence, excellent proficiency in his craft and above all, humanism for our situation. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with through a difficult time. I was involved in a car crash in August 2024. The crash left me with lasting scars physically, emotionally and mentally. I am very pleased so far with this company. My call was returned very promptly, and they even messaged me beforehand to make sure of an appropriate time to call and talk to me. The person I spoke with, Kaitlyn, explained everything very thoroughly for me and she was very polite and offered her support at any time along the way. Very professional and courteous.
